Reinstalling apps under new Apple ID

I used to be under my mom’s Apple ID and iTunes account when I was younger. I never bothered to change it until now, and I have a lot of apps on my phone. Some that don’t exist anymore either. Eventually I want to upgrade my phone and now, since I’m an adult, I want to use my own iCloud and Apple ID to do so. Is there a simple way to keep all the apps on my phone or will I have to delete and reinstall every single app?

I have also noticed, since signing into my iCloud and taking hers off, a few of my apps don’t work properly - if at all. Some apps I already deleted and reinstalled for that purpose. Any tips on how to delete and reinstall every app at once or at the very least merge them to be also under my iCloud?

Any apps that are on the phone right now should still work (though you say some do not which is puzzling unless they are trying to access some service which requires logging in using the account information that downloaded them), even though you won't be able to update them with your ID. Nor will you be able to re-download them when you get a new iPhone if they are no longer in the App Store. They won't transfer from device to device (yes, they could 8+ years ago, but no more).
