is there any way to help Siri pronounce. words and names correctly

Siri is mispronouncing many names and websites incorrectly. How do I give it an example of how to pronounce them correctly ? Why doesn’t it pronounce them the way I pronounce a name when I ask for that contact ? I have tried voice over settings and it worked for awhile; not anymore without having full voice over (the accessibility feature of naming everything I touch).

I have an Iphone 14 pro running 17.6.1
