iOS/iPadOS devices that use the same AppleID are essentially synchronised via iCloud. On each of your devices:
Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud - [Apps Using iCloud] Show All - enable all Apps and Apple services that you wish to synchronise between devices.
