Can I use iPhone 13 SIM card in an iPhone 6SE
Iphone 13 not responsive, wondering if I can use the SIM from the 13 and put in the 6 until I can get to Apple Store

Yes, unless the older iPhone is locked to a different carrier.
If the SIM card supports 5G, you won't be able to get that on it.
For reference, there isn't an iPhone 6SE; the card will fit into the iPhone 6, iPhone 6S, and any iPhone SE.
