I have an iPad Pro 5th generation, and I keep using fast chargers to charge it, Will the battery degrade faster than charging the iPad using a normal charger?

If using a compatible USB-C Power Adapter that supports USB PD (Power Delivery), your iPad should come to no harm in regularly using fast charging.
Your iPad will automatically regulate charging across its charging range, optimising charging as needed. Fast charging is only available to ~80% of maximum charge, the final 20% of capacity being charged at a much slower rate to protect the iPad battery.

The battery will degrade no matter what you do. Fast charging will not increment this beyond adding charge cycles to it faster than normal chargers since they take less time to charge it.
But the cycle also depends on how long you go between charging. At the end of the life psna its unlikely to haver any meaningful impact on the battery lifespan.
There is no other associated damage with fast charging.
