I am unable to access my Comcast email account

unable to access comcast email account. It is

“offline “ . I tried using the Mail account selection mailbox but was unsuccessful.

wheni attempt to reset the password- a pop up appears saying “ cannot verify email or password “ or

“ an important account already exists,can only have one.

PLEASE HELP!

Sounds like your Comcast account is not allowing Mail access.

Sign into your Web Mail account online at the Comcast/Xfinity website
Click the gear icon in the upper right
Choose Email Settings
On the left side of the screen, choose Security
Make sure the option for "Third Party Access Security" is checked.
