I am unable to access my Comcast email account

unable to access comcast email account. It is

“offline “ . I tried using the Mail account selection mailbox but was unsuccessful.

wheni attempt to reset the password- a pop up appears saying “ cannot verify email or password “ or

“ an important account already exists,can only have one.

PLEASE HELP!

Sounds like your Comcast account is not allowing Mail access.

  • Sign into your Web Mail account online at the Comcast/Xfinity website
  • Click the gear icon in the upper right
  • Choose Email Settings
  • On the left side of the screen, choose Security
  • Make sure the option for "Third Party Access Security" is checked.
