privacy.apple.com download issue

Hi everyone, I've recently requested a backup of my data from Apple, it provided all the files in the Zip format.


I didn't have any issues downloading them except for just one file for my photo (4.65GB).


The file download always stopped nears the end and showed message as "network failed", I've tried to download it on different computers and different browsers with the same result "network failed".


How do I reach out the the apple team for resolve this issue?

By local drive I mean SSD separate from my Mac. I actually was able to download the backup today after deleting and requesting a new backup. Also, people that utilize the cloud storage that’s larger than their Mac hardware can’t keep an entire local copy, you have to download the material and export to a standalone drive. Again, thanks for following the trend of completely useless responses in the apple support forum.
