How to report Apple Pay Scams?
I have got scam on Apple Pay out of $400 I was wondering how could I get that back

If you are specifically talking about Apple Cash, you just need to follow what Apple recommends to avoid being scammed. It is a private transaction between 2 parties and you should never send money to someone you do not know. A person that friends you on Facebook or a seller on a MarketPlace app is not someone you know. Someone you know is a person that would give you the money back if you asked for it.
