How do I determine if I've set up a Recovery Key for my Apple ID?

How do I find out if I already have a recovery key?

I am pretty sure I do have it but I just did an update and it seems like some things need to be reactivated or activated,,.. ie Maps doesn’t seem to have all my info.

i am now going to look further into my account especially since I own a Mac, watch, iPad and air pods 😬

thank you in advance for any advice

You can follow the steps here. The same steps can be used to issue a new Recovery Key. Make sure you have it written down and stored in a safe place. You don't want to store it on your device, because if you get locked out of your device and need the Recovery Key, you will not be able to get it.
