Refund money that taken by guru

I did not agree to be charged $49 from guru

they trying to take from my account 2 days before it’s happened and I put a stop on it but for some reason they took my money

today they refuse to refund it and offer me something instead I refuse to something instead but they refuse to refund it.

Did you agree to the Free Trial they offer? All free trials automatically convert to a subscription if you do not cancel the trial before it ends. This would have been visible on the screen when you double clicked the side button to accept the free trial in the app. You can try to request a refund for any purchase/subscription that is managed by Apple here:

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


You are also going to want to make sure the subscription is cancelled. This is the only way to cancel a subscription that is managed by Apple, it cannot be done in the app.

If the subscription is managed by the developer directly and bypasses Apple's ability to mange the subscription then you will need to cancel it with that company.

What was the exact description of the charge? It is not clear if this was an in-app purchase managed by Apple or if the charge came from the developer directly.


Did you double click the side button to authorize the first purchase or enter card details?

Does the charge show up when using the Request a Refund link that was provided and also available in your Purchase History here?

now because I use wallet I lost my money?

my support can’t stop a payment?

I spoke with guru and they refused to refund it and on my next messages they ignored me

yes I cancel with them and they reply by email that no further payments will be taken from me I don’t trust in this. And now I’m stock because this is wallet not credit card

I made mistake to pay with wallet can’t use wallet to make payments because it’s not protected
