My wake-up alarm on iPhone 12 mini and Apple Watch doesn’t ring

My wake-up alarm on iPhone 12mini with iOS 17.6.1 and watchOS 10.6.1 doesn’t ring. It shows it’s ringing on phone’s and iwatch’s displays but it’s both silent. It happens every day now and I don’t know why. All settings of wake-up alarm were checked and it’s alright. I can’t trust my iPhone anymore. Now I have to have my independent backup radio alarm. When I ask Siri it only shows all alarms and doesn’t respond anymore.
