No Wi-Fi and no cellular connection, so remote access will not work.


Start here: If you see SOS, No Service, or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


This probably means a discussion with your carrier, then with Apple if the carrier indicates this should work.


Given this is an iPhone 6 per the footer, it’s likely not worth the cost of repairs, if the hardware has failed.
