My iPad Pro 12.9 screen is unresponsive and looks like it is glitching out
My I pad screen is un responsive and looks like it is glitching out. When I hold the power button it make a noise and does nothing.

First, try force-restarting your iPad:
Force restart iPad - Apple Support (IE)
If that doesn't help, try putting your iPad into Recovery Mode and reinstalling the OS:
If you can't update or restore your iPad - Apple Support
If that still fails, then you may well have a hardware problem and will need to contact Apple Support or take the iPad to an Apple Store or service center for assistance.
