How to inquire about a new Apple Store location, specifically in Rochester MN?

I was just wondering if there is any way that Apple has for people to submit location ideas, or if surveys are done or anything where consumer feedback can be given as to where new potential store front locations can be. It is exhausting as the nearest Apple Store to Rochester MN is in the Mall of America so not only is it a drive away it is always so jam packed with people and tourists that it is really hard to actually get your device in. I know that many of the towns surrounding the twin cities here in MN really hate having to drive to MOA for the Apple Store and would love an alternative. And Rochester is pretty sizable with the IBM and Mayo Clinic crowd!
