Screen issue, coloured foggy patch

iPhone 12 mini

after no obvious impact my daughter phone has developed a discolouration on the screen, like a large semi-opaque foggy patch. It has grown and changed colour.

assuming it’s physically damaged but not clear how or what it is.

yellow screen of death.. why wait for free replacement. my iphone 13 pro max got yellow screen of death. apple authorised agent said wait till all the icons are completely disappear for free replacement. But phone suddenly started back and no problems for 15 days. It went yellow again. But i can see icons (4G etc) on the screen though very faint. Can apple replace it now ? free of cost.

Green screen issue in 13 pro My sister’s iPhone 13pro became green screen. Is there any support from Apple to rectify it?

could have been excessive pressure on the LCD. Doesn't really matter as the display will have to be replaced regardless of what caused it.
