Why am I stuck in a loop when adding UPI to Apple Music?

trying to get apple music, got to adding my UPI and address then was taken to "Verification Required

Before you can make purchases, you must verify your payment method." after I pressed "Continue" I got back to adding the UPI and stuff. I'm stuck in a loop.

Cannot log in to Apple Music My credit card was stolen. I have to change all my accounts that use that card. Apple Music has sent me a message saying my payment method is invalid. But when I try to sign on to change the payment method I am unable to get past the original signing in. I get a revolving ball but I don't get taken to the Apple Music page to change my payment method. Please help.
