I have created a bookmark icon on my home screen using Shortcut. It does exactly what I want but the icon was provided by Shortcut, grey with two stacked rectangles. How do I change that? If I tap and long hold on the icon I just get Delete Bookmark or Edit Home Screen - no help.

First, delete the shortcut on the Home Screen. Open Shortcuts, long-press the shortcut that contains the bookmark and choose Details. Tap Add to Home Screen and choose another icon.

You can choose a photo. Choose the icon on the left (instead of the one on the right) to get to choose a photo:
Thank you 6x6, I now have a new icon, chosen from the variety of designs offered. I had hoped to be able to choose a photo.
