dark spot on ipad pro 12.9 ( 5th generation ) on screen

the spot disappears for a short while when gentle pressing the area of the spot on the back of the ipad.

I am extremely dissapointed.

In the last time i had the purple edge problem on an imac 27 retina screen.

Next problem was "burn in" problem on iphone x screen.

Never got help from apple.

The ipad pro 12.9 with the dark spot on the screen is out of warranty for some months.

No warranty - no help - thats the argumentation from apples side.

Very dissapointing experience as a long time apple customer.

Up to you, of course. As I said, I completely understand the frustration. But I can assure you based on many years of experience that Microsoft, Dell, HP, Acer, and other vendors all would do the same thing.

Sorry, but if it's a hardware failure as it appears to be and the iPad is out of warranty, there's nothing you can do at this point other than pay for a repair or live with the problem. I understand the disappointment and frustration, but that's just how warranties work; if a problem arises after the warranty expires, manufacturers will except in very rare cases will require you to pay for service.
