Unable to reset my account as I forgot Apple ID password

I reset my phone and forgot my Apple ID password since then I have been trying to reset my apple password for the past 3 weeks now, I waited the first six days passed but never received a text in my messages app I repeated the whole process again but still did not receive a message. Just finished another 6days waiting period but still I have not received a text to reset my password. It’s really painful I have been out of communication for the past 3 weeks now. Because I can have access to my phone. Dear apple please do something about the account recovery process

Apple is trying to contact you using the methods you have set on the account.


Have you checked your junk mail?
