Where do I go to increase size of the pointer on iPad Pro 2024? It's not findable by searching, Siri only displays old 2023 information, and I can't find it under Accessibility where it used to be. Where are the pointer settings? Please help.

Presumably you refer to the "dot" pointer that is seen when using a TouchPad (or Mouse) with your iPad. The associated settings are only accessible when the related accessory is paired/turned-on/active:
