Watch updated and now does not let me get to my Apple wallet cards I have when double clicking the right side button. I have tried unpairing and re-adding my cards but no luck. Nothing comes up now when double clicking right side button no matter how fast I do it.

Have you tried slowing down the time between clicks required to activate Apple Pay? If not, please follow this path,
iPhone > Watch app > My Watch (lower left corner of screen) > Accessibility > scroll down > Motor > Button Speed Click > select slow or slowest.
That’s the Control Center. It is activated with a single click. If you’re clicking twice the second click is too slow and not being recognized. Have you tried setting it to slowest and then clicking as fast as you can?
Yes I have tried that. On the watch it will only bring up the icons for wifi, vibrate, battery left etc.
