I can't add cards to the wallet, I get the message: an error occurred while configuring Apple Pay. I live in Poland and my banks are supported. Why can't I add them on the watch, please help

Unpair your Apple Watch, force restart both devices and then pair the devices again. Do you use a VPN? If so delete the software and the profile.
