Weather app not showing Conditions
App shows the weather but on my husbands phone when he clicks on each hour it brings up detailed conditions, on my phone nothing happens

Lindseysy ~ You've tagged your post with "iOS 15". If that's really the version you're running and your husband is running the latest iOS 17, then that may explain the difference you're seeing in the Weather app. Check which version of iOS your iPhone 11 is running here:
Settings > General > About > iOS Version
