No, not possible. It will remain Android. There are some look-alike “skins”/themes, though.

Again, no, it's not possible, period. iOS will run only on Apple's devices.

I'd love to hear how you think an Android phone, which does not have an Apple CPU in it, could possibly interpret or run code compiled only for that type of CPU.
