Solution? Apple Watch and Health app syncing problems with Anthem Sydney app
After years of not understanding why my steps and workouts from my Apple Watch/Health app were not being synced with my Anthem Sydney app, I think I figured it out!!
I believe it is because I keep my phone in Low Power Mode 24/7, which shuts off the Background App Refresh… so my health data never has a chance to be tracked within the Sydney app.
I tried going on a walk with Low Power Mode turned off, and I finally saw my activity in the Sydney app later in the day. Happy to know I can get back to earning reward points now for being active!
Has anyone else experienced this?
