Using a Macbook Pro, Firefox, when clicking on an internet link it immediately goes to Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

Any way of getting rid of this????

If it's a single site you're having trouble with, then most likely that site is down. If no Internet sites work, first try Safari as Leroy suggested and see if you have the same problem. If you do, then your network connection is probably not functional. Start with the steps in this Apple Support article:

Yep, still a problem, with that one and many others. Disheartening. I've been through my laptop at least a dozen times, I cannot find anything that would not give permission to access these links.

It is not about permission. Safari does not resolve it.

As you can see from that hot link —a million miles long— it is tracking / metrics / for the email campaign — if it is poorly coded Java Server Pages (JSP)  you have no control over that. https://mad89adab.cc.rs6.net/tn.jsp

Forget about it and go to the source.

go directly to the site and find your article there:

https://artdaily.com/index.asp

You need to be more savvy and look at the links— it is a good way to get duped in the future if you do not use some more smarts...

Take one look at the artdaily.com or one look at source code for that website and you can see it is an archaic mess—tons of javascript, ancient table and cell code— no wonder contemporary browser have issues.

Not enough information to go on.

Sounds like a bad address.

You can always try a different browser and compare your results(?)

I tried safari and the same thing happened. I much prefer Firefox. You asked for more info; here's what actually happens: From my email Inbox on my MacbookPro16 there's an article I would like to read further on. Perhaps it only has the first few lines and the ....."to read more. and 'more' is linked to the rest of the article. When I click on it 7 of 10 times I get "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site."

It doesn't seem to happen with bigger companies like Kohl's or Nordstrom's. So here is an exact description.

My daily edition of Art Daily came into my inbox. Here is a screen shot. When I click on 'More" I get the next screen shot right below this one. Here is the actual link that shows up in my browser: https://mad89adab.cc.rs6.net/tn.jsp?f=0017HK07t8P43zoC3g-P7dzbR86kQEOS3HcZ-eMGK3RXbT5CWv5g1IV-rXD20U9mqUSwA-n3HPgFviMNIblejXjaPUtaRrPm_CA-EU-n3koE1_JwIxi1wuYuW17EAbLriRHmTwwelS3C-Vh85VbodCTMnfWDUCcbs7eNKdfHNQPaiFizeJUTRSsErRA4rFhnqjF1pLECv5dQQL5I9f0svm6nfdIi424BBqNrkl-Rpov1lbyFzbMdoYPH2DCFpaU1V4KsORQ5FzJKL0=&c=-fS5X8oc0m828TrLUa2SA5pwwj29UwLN1dUDzSFMn2ao5OvQupwhEw==&ch=67psxRfDm48HTc5pcuqVnbq759A_u1D2X6OJW3A64cg_MWC1djb5lQ==

I hope this helps? Thanks for everyone's time!
