How do I fix my water damaged iPhone?

I recently dropped my phone in water for about 1-2 minutes 2 days ago and now I’m having problems. It says iPhone needs to cool down before you can use it and it’s not hot. I placed it other than fan and the phone itself is cold but it still says it’s hot and I don’t know if the insides are messed up because of the water. And the cameras are also blurred because of water trapped in it. Help?

It's almost certainly a hardware issue caused by the water. Water damage is not covered under Apple's standard warranty, but if you purchased AppleCare+ for your iPhone, Apple will replace the phone for a fee ($99 in the US). Contact Apple Support or take your iPhone to an Apple Store.

If you didn't get AppleCare+ for your iPhone, then I'm afraid that you'll probably need to buy a new phone, though again you can call Apple Support or make an appointment at an Apple Store and discuss it with them.

Regards.
