My iPhone 14 Pro is stolen and they know my passcode

They stole my iPhone and used it order Uber cash and send Apple Cash to cash app. I am scared because even when I reported my iPhone as lost, they had my passcode so they were able to get back in. On my end it still showed as lost on my find my iPhone app. So I am concerned if they were still able to get into my phone and have access to my information.

Erase it from https://icloud.com/find or Find My on another iPhone. And I hope you enabled Stolen Device Protection before it was stolen; if not, they can change your Apple ID and lock you out of other Apple devices.

Here’s general guidance→If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

Beware of a common phishing scam: You may get a text or email from “Apple” or “Apple Security” (or sometimes “Police”) saying your phone has been found and to click on a link to see its location. This is NEVER from Apple or from law enforcement; it is from the thief or fence to steal your Apple ID and identity. Delete any such message without responding to it. Apple never gets involved in lost or stolen devices→Avoid phishing emails, fake ‘virus‘ alerts, phony support calls, and other scams

If you think the thieves have gotten into your phone – or can still get into it – contact every bank for which you have debit card, credit card, or other account information on that phone. Banks may want to close out the accounts that you have with them under existing account numbers, and open new accounts with different numbers, as protection against the thieves racking up fraudulent charges under the old ones.

I don't know if you are in the U.S. If you are, you may want to contact the three major credit reporting agencies, and ask them to put fraud alerts and a credit freeze on your accounts.
