apple support callback audio/disconnect

when getting a callback from apple support, the call comes in from the support center 512-884-5022, and after pressing 1 to say i'm ready, then ignoring the recording option to decline, it then attempts to connect me with a ping sound, then nothing is on the other line. this happens repeatedly for months, so i cant get support, and i cant even get support to tell them about the problem unless i call from someone else's phone.

When someone's calling me on WhatsApp and I use the external speaker audio, if i switch the call window to any other (whatsapp chat or another app) the audio is redirected to the internal phone speaker. Notification sounds during a call I normally love Apple. However, the incoming notification sounds while on a call are the absolute worst. I cannot find a feature to select to silence notifications while in a call. Am I missing something? Does anyone know if this is an option??

Call audio automatically switches to speaker then disconnect automatically. Hello I'm using iPhone se 2nd(2020) generation last 2.5 years after updating ios 16.2 I'm facing issue like when i call someone call audio automatically switches to speaker mode then disconnect automatically it's very annoying any solution?
