I recently let got the iPad Pro, I was exciting that it was capable of ray tracing. Sadly not available in my favourite game, honestly how will Apple keep up when they can’t even bring to Europe the “smarter” Siri or the phone mirroring in Mac, is it really worth it to stay in the Apple ecosystem?

You seem to be complaining about two completely different issues.
Eventually Apple may be able to work around some of the issues caused by the DMA and other EU laws and regulations. But some may never be possible unless those laws and regulations are change.
Now, all that said, is there a technical issue you would like us, your fellow users, to try and help you with?
