MacBook Pro 15 error 403

Ich wollte ein MacBook Pro 15 (2008) zurücksetzen. Der Vorbesitzer hatte soweit alles wichtige gelöscht, doch ich dachte ich setze lieber alles zurück nun hänge ich aber hier fest. Was kann ich tun? Ich bin so verzweifelt gerade, bin seit gestern dran :(
