i phone 15 hangs

I was trying to edit a video and I phone 15 hanged , there was a notification on the screen and I was unable to use the phone neither it was switching off nor the notification was going away , I had to connect the phone to my computer and downloaded the third party software to enable developer mode , then connected it to apple I tunes and had to restore the entire operating system, simply worst experience with a 6 gb ram phone , please for god sake give us 24 go or more ram since we are paying a heavy price for the phone and this is highly unreliable machine

More RAM is not going to help when an app goes awry and crashes the interface on an iPhone, not unless the app is badly coded, some of which are. Without more details as to what you were using and trying to do and the exact circumstances of the problem, I can't make any guesses as to what went wrong and why. But why you thought you needed a third-party app to restore your iPhone, much less force a developer mode, I don't know.
