I am unable to uninstall cleaner apps on my iPhone

What happens when you try deleting the app? There is no uninstall needed and simply deleting it is what is needed.

You need to cancel the subscription that you signed up for. How you do that will depend on where you signed up for the subscription. If you signed up on the website of the company that has the cleaning app or directly with them, then you will need to cancel it on that same website.

If you signed up for a subscription using an in-app purchase, then the subscription is managed by Apple and you can cancel it easily by following the link below. If you do not see the subscription here, then you did not use an in-app purchased that is managed by Apple and will need to cancel the subscription with the company directly.
