maps 'Report an Issue" is in Norwegian not English

To report corrections to Apple Maps, the dialog box is not in English, everything else on Maps is English. How may I change the dialog to English? Attached file illustrates with my use of an internet translation program used to add the English part. After translating, I successfully submitted corrections with an English thank you from Apple. I have no Norwegian connections with the computer.

Maps is in Norwegian. When I try to report an error on Maps all the menu items are in Norwegian. I'm using Sonoma 14.1.1.

Norwegian is not in the apple translate list I would like to add Norwegian (Bokmål) to my downloaded languages in the Translate app, but it's not on the list that I see in the app settings (which is surprisingly a very short list). Is there a way to add it?

Choosing British English in a Pages-document I'm Norwegian so the system's language is set to Norwegian, but I am trying to translate a text in Pages to British English, but the only option for language, is English, which seems to be the American variable. That is a bit annoying because it suggests that I correct the spelling sometimes, so how do I change that? It also seems like Portuguese resorts to Brazilian Portuguese. Any solutions?
