Can’t enter full phone number
For some reason , it won’t let me enter my full phone number in the billing address for payment and shipping. Is anyone else having this problem?

Enter it as +44 rather than just 44. Without the country code flag (+) it is interpreting it as a local number. 0044 should work also.
