Sorry, but this is a SnapChat problem. It appears that they banned your device for some reason, and that is not something that can be removed by Apple. The person you talked to was unable to remove the ban that SnapChap put on your device, so they told you it was a problem with your phone. The problem is that SnapChat will not let your phone use their service any longer. It is not Apple that is preventing you from using SnapChat.

Only SnapChat will be able to solve your problem. Apple has no control over your SnapChat account. SnapChat can also block devices from using their service and there is nothing Apple can do about it. Your problem started with SnapChat and it will have to be resolved by them as well.

If Snapchat put a ban on your account, and/or your phone, it is Snapchat who is controlling the ban.

If Snapchat said that there is nothing they can do to remove the ban – it sounds as though what they were saying is that they have no intention of removing the ban, and want you to accept it, and go away. Or perhaps only some person higher up than the one you spoke to has the authority to remove the ban.

In any case, there is nothing that either we or Apple can do to help you.

SnapChat is not telling you the truth.
