IPhone 15 battery health came to 99% in 6 months
I have Iphone 15 and after 199 cycle of my battery and nearly 6 months i have seen my Iphone 15 battery heath came down to 99%. I am not understanding is it concerning battery health or not.

The battery normally declines about 1% for every 25 charge cycles.
200 charge cycles divided by 25 = 8%
So, it would be normal to expect that your Battery Health at this time was about 92% (100% - 8% = 92%)
If your battery is really at 99% at this time........your battery is amazing. This is much much better than normal. This might be the best battery performance that I have ever seen.
