Mistakenly deleted whatsapp file without backup

I deleted my Whatsapp file on iphone 12 by mistake. I reinstalled Whatsapp and trying to restore data then I realized my back up option to cloud wasn't activated. I am struggling with lost data on the new installed one. I have searched online and tried using Tiger and Ternoshare softwares to scan my phone but I can only see the current Whatsapp file and messages but not able to pull the old/deleted Whatsapp file.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 14.5

Sorry, but if you don't have a backup, then any of that data is gone.
