Mysterious Bluetooth Pairing Request

My mom keeps getting these weird bluetooth pairing requests specifically when she’s in the car. There was another one with the label “power driver” but she couldn’t screenshot it in time. She’s not really feeling like allowing it to connect (understandably) but still wondering what it is??

iPhone 11, iOS 17

Difficult to be sure, but it could be her car's entertainment system. Many of those support Bluetooth, and if the car's system is wierd, old, or bollixed up, it might throw out a pairing request that's uninformative like this. It's also not impossible that she's picking it up from a car next to her; Bluetooth can reach 30 feet or more. If it's annoying and she doesn't need Bluetooth for her own services, she can just turn it off on her iPhone.

Regards.

She can go into Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Bluetooth and see what apps have requested connection via Bluetooth there and turn off any that don't need that. But given the message in the screen shot, that looks to me more like a connection request is coming from another device, not one being triggered by her iPhone.

As to a tracker, it's certainly a possibility, though with requests from what appears to be at least two different devices, that seems to me unlikely.
