Problem solved.

When I updated from iStat ver 6 to version 7, I lost the battery status in the menu Bar.

So I went to the iStat menu and found that iStat takes over battery status from the System Settings.

I went to iStat menu and found the battery display and re-activated it.

So if you use iStat, make sure that the battery status is set ON in the new iStat Ver 7 display.

The problem that I created, I now SOLVED.
