What can cause eSIM activation failures on iPhone and not able to zoom on camera's portrait mode?

I changed the mother bord in my 13 pro max

So after that i get 2 problems

1> using the camera in the portrait mode i can't use anymore the zoom *1 i can use only the *3

2> the big problem :

I lost the ability of using my Esim evry time i try to subscribe an Esim the phone don't accept it . I tried so many opportunities like checking maybe the mother bord is blocked in somewhere in the world . I tried the factory reset. I tried to change the network provider 3 times and always nothing
