My iPhone X Speaker and Bluetooth are dead after repair

my iPhone X fell got it fixed but ever since then the speaker and mouth piece is not working neither is the Bluetooth turning on , it’s not connecting to any devices or speaker what do I do

It would appear that whoever did the repair did a shoddy job, perhaps using used (and hence faulty) or non-Apple parts. You should take the iPhone back to whoever did the repair and get them to sort the problems.
