The phone was bought in February this year and up until July the battery condition was down 1%, but from August until today the battery condition is down 3%. Why did this happen so quickly?

The average is 1% per month. You will not see a linear drop and some months may drop more and other months won't drop at all. That is simply how averages work. On average, you should be about 94%, so where are you at so far?
All you can do is make sure you have Optimized charging turned on and charge your phone every night.

The battery is going to go for two to two and half years or so.
Replace the battery when it is down to 80%.
Use Optimized Battery Charging and connect the phone to the power supply all night.....every night.
Try to avoid checking the battery all the time. It won't help.
