How come Siri never listens or never works and when I’m driving and I ask it to do something it wants me to unlock the phone to be able to use it what’s the purpose of having a hands-free assistant?

How come Siri never works so it never hears you when you’re saying hey Siri and not only that if it does hear you, it doesn’t get anything remotely correct of what you’re telling it to do or to text or you know write down anything it’s completely wrong and not only that it’s like it’s supposed to learn you and all this other stuff and it doesn’t learn anything. It doesn’t even know my voice and I retrained it and done all that stuff over and over again and it doesn’t work and when my phones locked and I’m driving, you know that’s why you want to use Siri to be hands-free. It doesn’t wanna open it wants me to unlock my phone before it’ll do anything I ask you to do
