Unpairing a lost Apple Watch from my iPhone
The apple watch does not show up in findmy at all. It still shows on my phone, but the unpair Apple Watch button is greyed out. How can I remove that Apple Watch from my phone.

Follow the instructions in the following article under "If you can't find your Apple Watch"
If your Apple Watch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
This should remove your lost watch from your iPhone while also preventing anyone else from using it.
