How can I unpair my Apple Watch from lost iPhone?

Hello all,

I have searched this topic and followed all advice regarding doing this on icloud via the find my app.

However my apple watch isnt showing in the find my app on icloud.

So how on earth do I unpair it from the lost phone!!??
