IDK why this has happened as I have had previous pro and pro max versions and this has never happened there are about 5-6 scratches on my iPhone after 1 week of use (with the case but without a screen protector as I never needed it before)
also one of my 3 cameras (the bottom one ) does not have factory anti-reflective and anti-fingerprint coating applied properly
for a 1100$ phone, this is not normal as it NEVER happened before

People have complained about iPhone screens scratching with every iPhone released, going back years. There is no iPhone ever made which can't be scratched. I never buy an iPhone without putting a good quality screen protector on it before it is even turned on.
The fact is they are harder to break, but not harder to scratch. Since this is not a defect in materials and would be considered, cosmetic, it's NEVER too late to put a screen protector on your iPhone, which will very likely hide the scratches and help to avoid any new scratches.

What is the model number of your phone? It should start with an "M"
