Secret vault calculator app

I have done the upgrades to my iPhone and the app gives this message: "Secret Calculator

Photo Vault: Lock, hide pictures" Needs to Be Updated

The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of iOS.

i have tried the trouble shooting options posted in 2021 with no success and I am unable to identify the app developer as I have had this app since 2016. The option to uninstall and reinstall the app is not available. Has anyone found a solution? Why would the Apple App Store provide an app for us to use and give us no way to retrieve the information we have stored there?

please help!!
