How do I add Immunization records from CVS into apple health?

As it currently stands, all documentation I'm finding in forums and online do not seem to be in sync with the CVS app, as there is no way to add to apple wallet, or even download a pdf let alone add the account to apple health. If anyone has some advice as of end of summer 2024, I'd greatly appreciate it.

CVS Health Records - Vaccinations. Can't seem to get a straight answer why CVS health records don't load in Apple Health like other providers. You can't find CVS in the list of providers. When you review the folks that have responded to this question, their answers, are non-answers and point to a general page that doesn't answer the explicit question. Why hasn't CVS and Apple agreed to allow user to upload their health records into Apple health and when will it occur.

Walgreens immunization data I just received immunizations from a local Walgreens. Now they tell me that Walgreens does NOT push out such data to the Apple Health app. And there is no way to add immunization information manually. Hopefully, my PCP will agree to update his records, which might then be pushed out to me. Nevertheless, I find it odd that a giant pharmacy chain has opted out of Apple Health in such a way. I trust someone here will tell me otherwise.
