Apple is trying to charge me $51.94 for something I have no idea, and have since blocked the ability to update apps so I can no longer access my banking via my iPhone due to a charge that seemingly doesn't exist in their files. I've been charged many times before for things I haven't purchased but since it was only ever 0.99c I never looked into this.

If you have charges on your credit card for any of these charge lines, but no matching items actually charged by Apple, then your credit card has been compromised. Contact your card issuer. Have them reverse the charges if possible, then immediately cancel that card and have them issue you a new one.

If you have charges on your credit card for any of these charge lines, but no matching items actually charged by Apple, then your credit card has been compromised. Contact your card issuer. If you have an unpaid purchase, Apple will want you to pay that, and may revoke your access to download and update apps in order for you to pay. This applies to all of Apple’s services, if you don’t pay or have an unpaid subscription, they will revoke your access to that service.

When Apple charged you this amount, you must have agreed to it when you made the purchase. Apple has all the rights to revoke access to their services if users are not paying their rightful amount.
Have you searched your email for this charge? Search your email for the words "receipt from Apple" or "invoice from Apple”. Look for a receipt that matches the amount that you see on your billing statement.
Do you have Family Purchases on with your Family Sharing? If so, this charge may have been authorized by another family member of yours.
If so, contact your bank and have them issue new credit cards immediately.

Peculiar. It would have to be related to your Apple account in some sort of way. I see you already checked for subscriptions and in-app purchases.
I recommend getting in contact with Apple Support so your issue can be looked into deeper.

As stated above there's no $51.94 listed in my purchases, nor do my total amount of purchases meet this amount.
Nothing in my recently purchased, nothing in my subscriptions, but they're allowed to charge me $51.94 and restrict my access to services over a charge they can't substantiate?
As expected there's no evidence on purchase in my email, I don't have family sharing, I don't use iCloud, have no Subscriptions and have made 0 in app purchases. Apple has the right to revoke access over a charge/receipt that doesnt exist? Sounds like it's been a good run but I won't be accepting this, hello samsung.

I'm even more confused now, if like you've said i'm potentially being scammed by a third party, why has apple restricted my account?
